Replace the handle of the Smart Fortwo? Let's see how the opening handle is removed from inside the Smart door. We open the car door, unscrew the screws on the side of the door with a screwdriver as in the video, slide the handle with the entire base to the right of the door. We remove the door opening handle (we unhook the opening cables). We connect the cable to the new handle, then we fix it above the car door. Finally we screw the fastening screws to the side of the door. We test the functioning of the handle by opening and closing the door.
