How to disassemble the car stereo of a Smart ForTwo

Model: Smart Smart 450 - Years 1998-2007
Part: Car stereo

Before we can begin, we will have to go and sit in the driver's seat of our Smart ForTwo. So let's start by disengaging and moving the push-button panel under the car radio. By doing so, we will have discovered the lower screw that fixes the car radio frame, which we will have to unscrew and remove, to then disengage and remove the frame itself. Once we have removed the frame, we will have discovered the four screws that secure the car radio to the dashboard, which we will have to unscrew and remove. When we have completed this step, we will be able to remove the car radio from its housing, and then disconnect the rear plugs, and the disassembly will be completed.
