How to reset the radio of a Smart Fortwo

Model: Smart Smart 453 - Years 2014-2022
Part: Warning light – error code

I recommend carrying out this operation with the battery disconnected, in order to avoid risks. Before we can begin, we will need to open the glove box. At the bottom of this compartment we can see a plastic door. So let's start by removing this flap by simply disengaging it. By doing so, we will have gained access to the car's fuses. We then proceed with removing and reinserting the yellow fuse 20 in the central row. Once this is done, we will replace the flap that covers all the fuses. Once closed, we will have successfully completed the reset of the car radio.

Removing the Drive Shaft on a Fiat Panda

Learn how to remove the drive shaft on a Fiat Panda. Lift the car on a column lift and locate the drive shaft. Using a socket spanner, undo the securing bolts on either side of the drive shaft (remove the bolts around the plates) where it is situated. Once the part is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new drive shaft). Finally, refit the new drive shaft (connect it on both sides) and tighten the appropriate bolts. Lower the car and test its proper functioning.
