In this tutorial we can see how to remove and then replace the rear bumper in the Smart ForTwo 451, a very simple and fast operation. To do this, we will need a Torx T20 wrench, a flat-tipped screwdriver and a plastic spatula for removing the inserts. The first thing to do is to remove the headlights, after which it is necessary to unscrew all the bolts located along the perimeter of the bumper. Once this is done, the plastic rivets on the bottom and bottom of the wheel arches can be removed. At this point the bumper is free to be removed and replaced by following the reverse procedure.
