To be able to change the gear oil of the Smart you have to go to access the lower part of the engine compartment, which is located in the rear part of the car: here it will be necessary to unscrew the oil drain plug of the gearbox, making it come out and collect it at the inside of a suitable container suitably positioned. Once all the oil has been collected, it will be possible to insert the new one through a tube inserted in the drain plug. When all the oil has been added, it will be possible to remove the tube and close the drain hole with the special plug.
