How to Reset the Service Light on the Smart 451

If, after performing the regular service on your Smart 451 (2007-2015), you notice that the warning light continues to illuminate on the dashboard, proceed with the following manual reset. The entire procedure takes just a few seconds. First, enter your Smart 451 and locate the button on the lower left side of the dashboard. Press and hold this button while simultaneously turning on the ignition. Wait for the reset to complete successfully, then release the button and turn off the ignition.
