Below are the main steps to remove and replace the rear light and its bulbs of the Smart Roadster. First, move to the rear of the vehicle and start opening the rear hatch; then unscrew the screws found on the sides, gently releasing the light from the bodywork to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the bulb holders from the light unit, replacing any faulty bulbs with new ones (having the same fitting); then reassemble the rear light!
