In this tutorial, see how to replace the front suspension arm on a Smart ForTwo, a very simple and quick operation. First, lift the relevant side with a jack, taking all necessary safety precautions. Next, remove the wheel, disconnect the anti-roll bar link, and detach the support for the bar itself. Then, undo the three fastening bolts of the arm using both an 18 mm and a 19 mm socket spanner, separate it from the chassis, and simply follow the reverse procedure to fit the replacement part.
