How to Replace the Dashboard Lights of the Smart

First, unscrew the screws located at the bottom of the holes on the lower part of the steering column. This will allow you to detach the upper part of the steering column; simply lift it from both outer sides.

You can replace just the bulbs as shown in the video; just unscrew the affected bulbs, which are held in place by small orange caps. Remove these caps, and you will also have the bulb to replace.

Alternatively, you can disconnect the green plug to replace the entire unit without issues, and that's it!

Replacing the Gear Knob on the Renault Espace

The following steps will show you how to remove and replace the gear knob of the manual gearbox on the Renault Espace.
