In order to replace the clutch of the Suzuki Intruder, you need to loosen the screws that secure the side cover of the vehicle, located in the central lower part of the right side. Once the cover is completely removed, you can remove all the clutch discs in order to insert the new ones in their place. These must be properly secured with screws, then cover everything with the appropriate cover. Once this is fixed, you can verify that everything is functioning correctly.

To remove the final drive from a BMW R 1200 GS, loosen the bolts securing the exhaust so it can be removed along with the rear wheel. The rear wheel will also be removed by unscrewing the five bolts that secure it to the swingarm. Next, detach the brake caliper by unscrewing the mounting bolts and remove the rear part of the swingarm.
