Model: Suzuki Burgman 400
To replace the transmission on the Suzuki Burgman 400, loosen the screws securing the cover on the left side of the bike, near the rear wheel. Once the bolts are loosened, detach the cover to access the components underneath: the clutch and variator can be removed from their housing by unscrewing the nuts securing the central pins. Then, remove the two pieces and the belt, replacing them with new spare parts; after replacement, cover everything back up with the cover.
