To change the transmission oil on a Suzuki Burgman 400, you need to unscrew the screws securing the transmission cover, located near the rear wheel on the left side of the scooter. Once the cover is removed, you can access the components below by unscrewing the transmission oil drain plug next to the clutch. When all the oil has drained from this plug, collect it in a container and insert the new oil using a suitable syringe into the same hole.
