To replace the transmission of the Suzuki Burgman 400, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission cover located near the rear wheel, on its left side. Once the cover is freed from its housing, you will have access to the underlying components.

Here, you will find the clutch and the variator, which need to be removed from their seat. By unscrewing the screws that hold them in place and removing the belt around them, you will be able to install the new replacement components, cover them, and ensure that everything is functioning properly.
