To replace the transmission on the Suzuki Burgman 400, loosen the bolts securing the cover near the rear wheel on the left side of the bike. Once the cover bolts are removed, detach the cover to access the underlying components: the clutch and variator must be removed from their housing to also pull out the belt.

After these components are removed, insert the new ones, ensuring they are properly secured and covered by the cover.
