Today's steps will show you how to dismantle and replace the drive belt on the Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the left side chain to remove it. Then unscrew the additional screws of the side cover and remove the fan plate, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the fan and, if necessary, the clutch bell, then replace the belt with a new one. Reassemble your transmission!
