To replace the seat on a Suzuki SV 650, loosen the screws securing the two triangular plastic panels located on either side of the motorcycle seat. Once these panels are removed, you will be able to access the screws underneath, which must be loosened to completely free the seat. After the seat is detached from its screws, you can remove it entirely to insert a new one. The new seat can then be secured with the side screws, which will be covered by the panels.
