Today's instructions will show you how to remove and replace the coolant thermostat on the Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa. First, place your bike on a stand and start by disconnecting the coolant hose found on the water pump casing; let the fluid drain into a container for about ten minutes.

At this point, unscrew the thermostat screws to remove it from the engine casing, then replace it with the new one; reattach the coolant hose and finally pour in the new fluid, filling up to the maximum level mark!
