In today's video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the belt, rollers and variator of the Honda Dio scooter, following the instructions below. First we put the central stand to our scooter and start by unscrewing the screws of the transmission side casing; after which we unscrew the nut of the fan and the nut of the clutch bell, using a socket wrench. At this point we remove the belt and then the variator, being able to access the rollers; if necessary, we will replace the components and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

How to replace the fork on Aprilia Tuono

Place the motorcycle on a rear workshop stand to lift the front wheel. Remove the front wheel to access the fork. Loosen the upper fork plate nuts. You can do this without removing the tank. Loosen the fork caps to release the air pressure. Slide the fork tubes out from the top. Empty the tubes and clean them: remove the springs and other internal components. Clean the tubes and replace any damaged seals or dust seals. Fill them with the recommended oil from the manual and leave the specified amount of air. Reassemble the tubes and tighten them properly: Reassemble the tubes and make sure they are securely fastened and proceed in reverse for complete reassembly.
