Today, we will see in this video tutorial how to remove and replace the cooling radiator of the KTM Duke 690 motorcycle. First, place the bike on its stand and start draining the coolant, allowing it to flow into a container for about ten minutes; then remove the rider's seat by unscrewing the screws, and unscrew the screws securing the radiator, as shown in the video. Now disconnect all the radiator hoses and the water temperature sensor; disconnect the electrical connector of the fan by unscrewing the screws to remove it!
