To replace the exhaust on a Suzuki SV 650, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust end can to its housing. Once all the support screws have been removed, you can also take out the screw located on the clamp that connects the end can to the exhaust manifold.

Once the old exhaust has been completely freed, detach it from its seat and insert the new one. The new exhaust can then be secured in place with the appropriate screws and connected with the clamp.
