How do you remove the radio from the Suzuki Vitara? To take out the radio from the dashboard of the Vitara, you need to remove the covering plastics. Remove the two trim pieces above the dashboard using a plastic lever: unscrew the securing screws located at the sides of the dashboard and radio. Once the radio is free from any plastics or screws, remove it from the dashboard. Pull the radio out with your hands and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). To reassemble, reverse the disassembly steps. First, secure the radio, then the rest.
