How to Use the Tyre Repair Kit on a Suzuki Vitara

To carry out the repair, ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and secure. Activate the hazard lights, engage reverse gear, and pull the handbrake fully. Always remember to wear the emergency jacket, which is part of the vehicle's factory equipment. The repair kit is located in the boot of the vehicle and consists of a compressor, a can of sealant spray, and a speed limit sticker. Remove the cover from the compressor and insert the sealant can into the cap. Unscrew the valve of the tyre valve, connect the compressor's hose to the tyre valve, and plug the compressor into the nearest accessory socket. Start the vehicle's engine. Activate the air compressor and inflate the tyre according to the manufacturer's instructions, indicated on the driver's door pillar. If the tyre does not inflate, it means it is severely damaged, and the sealant cannot perform the emergency repair. In this case, it is advisable to contact roadside assistance. In any case, reach a tyre fitter or Suzuki assistance as soon as possible for tyre maintenance; remember that this is an emergency repair.
