Changing the Engine Air Filter on a Sym Gts 300i Scooter

Change the engine air filter on a Sym Gts 300i scooter. Follow this guide to proceed with the change.

Position the scooter on the centre stand. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the securing screws of the air filter housing.

After removing the securing screws, uncover the cap and remove the air filter. Install a new one if damaged, or reposition the old one after cleaning it (use an air compressor).

Finally, close the air filter housing and tighten the screws on either side.

First, place the bike on a stand and start by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes.
