First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start by removing the plastic cover of the battery by unscrewing the screws found on the sides; then disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative), using a socket spanner or a cross screwdriver. At this point, remove the battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type and with the same amperage as the original!
