Below we will see the steps necessary to disassemble and replace the transmission belt of the Sym VTS 200 scooter. First, we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing all the fixing screws of the transmission casing, in order to remove it; then we unscrew the nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, in order to remove the components, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the drive belt and if necessary the variator, replacing it with new ones; we apply the opposite procedure for the reassembly of the transmission!

How to change the engine oil and oil filter on the Keeway Cafe Racer 152

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
