In order to reset the Sym Jet 14 125, you must turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot: once the panel is on, you will need to hold down the S button located on the left side of the instrument panel for a few seconds. After holding down the button for a few seconds, you can release it and notice that the indicator light has turned off completely; once the reset has been completed, you can turn off the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition slot counterclockwise.
