In this video tutorial, learn how to remove and replace the clutch cover on a TM Racing SMR 125. First, drain the engine oil by undoing the oil drain bolt; then remove the exhaust by undoing the nuts on the exhaust manifold. Next, remove the kickstarter by undoing the securing bolt and taking off the spring; finally, undo all the screws on the clutch cover to remove it and replace it with the new one (be careful with the gasket): then follow the video to the end for reassembly!

How to Replace the Clutch on a Kymco Downtown 125?

To replace the clutch on the Kymco Downtown 125, loosen the screws that secure the cover located on the left side of the bike, near the rear wheel. Once the screws are loosened, remove the cover to access the components underneath: the clutch at the rear can be removed by unscrewing the fixing screws and sliding out all the discs that make it up. At this point, insert the new replacement part, reposition the drive belt, and cover everything with the cover.
