As clearly shown in the video, to remove the clutch lever, simply unscrew the three bolts holding it in place. Remove it and insert the new one, re-tightening the screws and ensuring the spring is properly seated. Now, move on to the seat: unscrew the bolts that hold it in place and, once freed, position it on a workbench. Work on the lower frame of the seat to remove it, then fit the seat cover you purchased onto the frame in reverse order. Install the new seat and screw the bolts to secure it to the bike.

How to Remove the Engine from a KTM EXC 300?

To remove the engine from the KTM EXC 300, you need to take out the engine block from its housing by unscrewing the bolts that secure it to the supports. Once the engine block is removed, unscrew the bolts that secure the cylinder at the top, then proceed to remove the side casings. Underneath, you will find the piston and other internal components, such as the clutch.
