How to Use the My Toyota App

Model: Toyota Yaris Cross MK 1 - Years 2020-2026

Let's see how to use the My Toyota App on your vehicle: first, download it to your smartphone, then register by entering your mobile number and password, and accept the terms and conditions. You will receive an OTP via email that you will enter to verify your account. At this point, here is the main screen of the app. After logging in, a "QR CODE" will appear. Go to "my garage", then "my cars" and "add new car". Scan the QR CODE displayed on the car's screen with your phone: your car will appear in the app with the chassis number. Press "save" and you will be prompted to activate the services with "ok". Now, connect the account to the display, where you will select "connect via bluetooth". The vehicle searches for the device, and when it appears, select "pair", confirm with "ok", then "allow" and then "yes", and finally press "connect". Now set the language and units by going to "settings/language and units". If the navigator is in English, go to "navigator/guide/preferred language (for instructions and menus)".
