Learn how to solve the moisture problem inside the front headlight of your Toyota RAV4 (this method works for all vehicles). You will need a hairdryer and a clear silicone sealant for cars, such as BostiK PolyMax, available on Amazon for £9.99 with free delivery for Prime customers.

Open the bonnet, unscrew the screws securing the headlight, disconnect the electrical connectors, and remove the headlight from its housing. Access the hole where the bulb sits (where the wiring exits) and leave the hole open for air circulation.

Insert the hairdryer nozzle directly into the bulb hole and turn on the air (warm but not hot) and let it dry for a few minutes. You will see the moisture escape: the warm air will clear it completely.

To find the crack, brush the crack with soapy water and blow air from the inside. Bubbles will indicate the leak.

Once dry, apply a layer of clear silicone along the seal or crack; smooth it out with a finger without excess. Then reassemble everything.

How to Activate the Disabled TRC on the Toyota Yaris?

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake. Once disabled, the TRC off light will illuminate on the dashboard. To reactivate it, just press the same button again.
