Removing the Roof Lining on a Corolla

Is the roof lining of the Corolla damaged? Want to remove it for repair? Here's what to take off for removal. Remove the side handles fixed to the panel with a screwdriver, then remove the sun visors and the overhead lighting unit located in the panel. Detach the cover panel around the perimeter of the car's roof. Once the panel is free from clips, you can pull it out of the car. Be careful when pulling it out. Fit a new cover panel or have the previously removed one repaired.
