How to Replace the Key Battery of a Toyota Yaris

Start by inserting the tip of a flathead screwdriver into the slot on the side of your Toyota Yaris key and lever it open. Then, detach and remove the back cover of the key. This will expose the flat battery inside. At this point, extract the battery from its housing, successfully completing the removal. To fit the new battery in your Toyota Yaris key and close it, simply follow these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be finished.
