How to Replace the Dashboard on a Toyota Rav 4

Model: Toyota Rav 4 Xa30, MK 3 - Years 2006-2013

First, pull towards you the edge of the protruding part of the dashboard; it will detach from the clips and come off. You will now have access to the screws that secure the dashboard display. By unscrewing them, you can first pull off the internal plastic trim and then the entire display. Once you have removed the display from its housing, disconnect the connectors at the back to take it out and prepare to install the new display. Reverse the steps described for reassembly.
