How to Replace the Headlight Bulbs on a Toyota Rav 4

Let's see how to replace the bulbs located in the front headlight of a Toyota Rav 4. Open the bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard, securing it with the prop. Locate the inspection cap of the headlight if present (located at the rear of the headlight) and remove it. You will find the bulbs with metal clips; pull out the damaged bulbs using a screwdriver. Fit the new bulbs (always of the correct type and size) and insert the bulb holder into the headlight housing. Close the front headlight with the inspection caps after fitting.
