In this tutorial, we will see how to change the engine oil in a Triumph TF 450, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure the engine is cool enough to work safely, then remove the relevant lower cover and position a container underneath the bike. Locate the bolts of the two drain holes, unscrew them with a 12mm socket, let all the oil in the system drain out, and remove the secondary filters, which should be cleaned of any dirt residue. At this point, open the cap of the main filter with a T30 Torx key, insert the replacement, reassemble everything, and pour in the required amount of oil through the designated upper hole.
