In this video we will see the step by step instructions to be able to replace the engine oil and oil filter on a 2013 Triumph Daytona 675, performing the routine maintenance service. First, let the engine warm up for a few minutes; then we remove the lower fairing of the bike, unscrewing the fixing screws. Then we unscrew the oil vent bolt to make it come out; in the meantime we use the key for the filter to unscrew the latter, which we find near the exhaust manifolds. We just have to screw in the new filter by hand and insert the engine oil!

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
