To replace the headlight on a Triumph Bonneville T120, loosen the screw located underneath the headlight. Once this is unscrewed, you can pull the headlight out of its housing by releasing the internal clips and disconnecting the connectors at the back. Once the optical unit is completely free, connect the new replacement part to the respective connectors and insert it back into its housing: to secure it, screw the bolt back into the bottom of the headlight.
