How do you change engine oil on a Triumph Scrambler?

Changing the engine oil on the Triumph Scrambler is done by loosening the motorcycle's oil drain plug, which is located in the lower central part of the vehicle. Once unscrewed, the oil must be collected in a suitably positioned container: when all the oil has come out, you can remove the oil filter, positioned at the rear with respect to the drain plug. At this point, the new filter can be inserted into its housing, so that it can then be topped up: the oil must be topped up from the breather located on the right side of the bike, immediately under the saddle.

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
