To change the gear oil of a CF Moto 1250 TRG, start by positioning the motorcycle on a stable surface and make sure it is well balanced. Remove the oil drain plug located under the gear, placing a basin to collect the old oil that comes out. Once all the oil has been drained, put the drain plug back on making sure it is tight. At this point, locate the oil fill plug for the gear, usually located on the side of the gear itself. Carefully pour in the new oil, following the quantity specified in the owner's manual. Finally, close the fill plug and make sure there are no leaks. Start the motorcycle for a few minutes, then check the oil level to ensure it is correct.
