As shown in this tutorial, replacing the remote control battery of a Harley-Davidson is a very simple operation. To do this, you will need a replacement CR2032 battery and a flat-head screwdriver, or an equivalent tool such as a coin.

To open the remote, locate the slot on the right side or on the bottom, respectively for models produced until 2017 and for those afterwards, then insert the coin into it and, using leverage, separate the two halves. At this point, remove the old battery and insert the replacement, ensuring it is the correct way round.
