How to use the fog light pre-wiring

Many cars, even in the most basic versions, already have the electrical wires and connectors installed in the bumpers for future fog lights; this allows them to be installed without having to run new wires through the channel, saving time and simplifying the installation. We need to look between the bumper and the front wheel arch. We're looking for a clip connector (male or female) wrapped in a plastic bag or secured with a zip tie. In the video, it is clearly shown that the connector is already there, covered by a plastic cap that needs to be removed; some cars require partially unlocking the bumper for better access. We remove the protective cap from the connector, insert the fog light connector into the pre-wiring, secure the fog lights with the screws (or clips) provided in the kit, and enable the option in the control unit (if necessary); in fact, for some brands, it is necessary to activate the fog lights with an OBD2 tool.
