This guide shows you how to programme a second Nice remote control: you need one working remote, the new one to programme, and to be within 1-2 metres of the motor unit. Approach the unit with both remotes in hand. On the blank remote, press and hold the button you want to programme for 6 seconds. Release it (now the remote is in learning mode). With the working remote, press the same button three times at intervals of about 1 second. On the new remote, press the same button for 2 seconds. Depending on the model, you will see either a flashing LED or hear an audible feedback. Move away and test the new remote on the gate. If it doesn't work, repeat the procedure, carefully following the timings; ensure you are within the correct range of the unit, and if necessary, try resetting it with the "learn" button for 5 seconds. Then repeat the procedure.
