Removing Tailgate Lock on Peugeot 307

Let’s see how to remove the damaged lock located in the tailgate of a Peugeot 307. Open the car's tailgate, unscrew the fastening screws located in the internal plastic panel. Remove the plastic from the inside of the tailgate after unscrewing the screws (use a plastic or metal prying tool). Remove the faulty lock and fit a new one: along with the lock, disconnect the operating electrical connectors. Fit the new lock with the accompanying fastening screws and reconnect the operating electrical connectors. Test the new lock and parts.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
