How to remove and install the plastic rear window above the hood of a BMW Z3? Let’s see how to proceed in this video. Start the disassembly: remove the hinge plate (as shown in the video); take the hinge and follow the perimeter of the rear window. Pull the plastic of the rear window with your hands to detach it from the fabric edge. After removing the rear window, install the new one (hinge the window around the perimeter of the rear window). Secure the hinge with the metal plate, press, and stretch the hood seal. Check the correct insertion of the rear window at all points.
