Proceed by attaching the handle to the mop head, screwing it into the bottom of the head. Also, install the wringer inside the plastic bucket. You can then fill the bucket with water. Wet the mop head in the bucket, then wring it out in the previously inserted wringer. You can now use your mop on the surfaces you need. Finally, rinse it before using it again and then finish your task.
