The pollen filter or cabin air filter is usually located behind the passenger side glove compartment. To replace it, you need to remove the glove compartment by unscrewing the internal and external torx screws that hold it in place. Once removed, you have full access to the filter. To remove the filter, you need to pull it from its housing. At this point, insert the new filter and reassemble the glove compartment. This operation requires a few steps and takes about twenty minutes of your time. The cost of the filter varies depending on the type of car and the product's features, but we can say that it never exceeds €30.
