How to Remove the Front Headlight from a VW Golf 4

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf IV, MK 4, Golf 4 - Years 1997-2003

If you need to remove the front headlight, be aware that you will also need to remove the front grille and the entire bumper, as two of the headlight's fixing pins are located just beneath the lower edge. Once you have removed the inner bumper (simply unscrew the fixing screws around the bumper's perimeter and detach it from the edges of the front wings), you can access the two fixing pins located just beneath the lower edge of the headlight. Then, remove the headlight from the cross member. Complete the removal by disconnecting the power connector.
