Let’s see how to dismantle and assemble the external handle located on the door of a Volkswagen Golf 6. Insert a suitable metal key into the slot on the door (side panel), and remove the cover of the handle on the right side with a plastic lever. Extract the lock from the door, then slide the handle out from the car's body, compare it with the new handle and prepare for assembly. Insert the new handle with the lock and its cover into the door. Finally, test the correct assembly and operation by manually operating it.
