Today's video tutorial will show us how to disassemble and replace the gear knob and gear lever gaiter of the Volkswagen Polo GTI. First, we get into the car and start by detaching the gear lever gaiter from the base of the lever; then we remove the metal clamp located between the knob and the gaiter, pulling it all upwards to remove them, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new gear knob, inserting and securing the gaiter first and locking the knob with the appropriate metal clamp; make sure it is securely in place on the gear lever!
