Today we will explain how to replace the radiator of the Volkswagen Golf 5. To carry out this operation, we need to open the front hood as the radiator is located right at the front of it. Before proceeding with the replacement of the radiator, we need to remove the front wheels of the vehicle and lift the car on a scaffold. Then we proceed with the removal of the damaged piece; loosen the screws that secure the radiator to the supports, disconnect the connectors and the related sensors of the radiator. Remove the tubes for the passage of the coolant and then remove the radiator. To perform the assembly, we must proceed with the steps in reverse.
